ICP, the Internet Computer Protocol

The Internet Computer Protocol (ICP) is a blockchain-based protocol which hosts full applications that run entirely on-chain. To this end, not only does ICP provide applications with storage and compute capacity that is sufficient for hosting general-purpose programs, it also enables them to interact with existing infrastructure through standard Internet protocols as well as with other blockchain networks.
